Ikhtiar Wali Rejects Recent Legislation Passed by KP Assembly

Islamabad: Prime Minister’s Coordinator for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Affairs Ikhtiar Wali Khan has rejected the recent legislation passed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly granting enhanced perks and privileges to elected representatives. Addressing a news conference in Islamabad today, he emphasized that this legislation should be withdrawn.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ikhtiar Wali Khan stressed the importance of directing resources towards the development of vital sectors such as education, health, and agriculture in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He urged the provincial government to prioritize spending in these areas to foster growth and improve the living standards of the people in the region.
