Independence Day Celebrations Set for District and Tehsil Levels in Sindh: Sharjeel

Karachi: Sindh Senior Minister for Information Sharjeel Inam Memon, alongside Minister for Local Government Saeed Ghani, visited the National Stadium Karachi to inspect preparations for a musical show scheduled for Wednesday as part of the Independence Day celebrations.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Sindh government is organizing Independence Day celebrations at district and tehsil levels throughout the province. Sharjeel Inam Memon highlighted that the resolution for the creation of Pakistan was first moved in the Sindh Assembly. The Sindh Chief Minister has established a ministerial committee that includes representatives from various religious and political parties to oversee the arrangements.

The National Stadium Karachi, with a capacity of 27,000 seats, has been prepared for the event, with all seats registered and live broadcasts planned. A comprehensive security and traffic plan is in place, and a shuttle service will be available for attendees of the musical concert.
