Indian BSF Man Commits Suicide in Tripura

Agartala: A tragic incident occurred in Tripura, India, where a Border Security Force (BSF) man took his own life. The event took place during duty hours near the India-Bangladesh border in the Kamalpur area of Dhalai district.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the deceased has been identified as 40-year-old B Arun Dilip. He reportedly shot himself with his service rifle. Despite being promptly rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.

The Tripura police have initiated an investigation into the incident. Although the primary assumption is that it was a suicide, the authorities have not dismissed the possibility of other factors being involved. The investigation is ongoing to ascertain the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
