Indian Police Officer and Four Troops Wounded in Kulgam District Attack

Srinagar: In an incident in Kulgam district of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) and four Indian troops sustained injuries during an attack.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the attack took place amid a joint cordon and search operation conducted by units from the Rashtriya Rifles, the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and the Special Operations Group in the Adigam area of the district. The operation was ongoing at the time of the last reports.

Additional cordon and search operations were underway in the districts of Poonch, Rajouri, Kishtwar, and Udhampur.
