Indian Troops Arrest Youth in Pulwama, Allegedly Find Grenade

Srinagar: A youth was arrested by Indian forces in the Pulwama district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, during a cordon and search operation. The arrest occurred in the Karimabad area of the district, as reported by local authorities.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation which led to the arrest of the youth was conducted by Indian troops. During the search, the forces claimed to have recovered a hand grenade from the youth’s possession.

The police spokesman provided details of the operation and the findings, emphasizing the discovery of the explosive device which led to the youth’s arrest under suspicion of potentially violent activities.
