Indian Troops Conduct Cordon and Search Operations in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu: A new wave of cordon and search operations has been initiated by Indian troops across various districts in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, focusing on areas reportedly witnessing suspicious activities.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the operations have been launched particularly in the Poonch and Kishtwar districts. In Poonch, forces comprising the Rashtriya Rifles, Central Reserve Police Force, and local police have begun an operation in Salampura village near Dehra Ki Gali following intelligence about suspicious movements.

Further operations are ongoing in Sanai, Jangal, Pattan, and nearby villages within the Surankote area of Poonch. In Kishtwar, the focus has shifted to the Bangar-Saroor forest area in Drabshalla, where additional forces have been deployed.
