Indian Troops Initiate Search Operation in Rajouri

Jammu: Indian troops have launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Rajouri district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the operation commenced in the Baratgala area of Kari sector along the Line of Control (LOC) following a brief shootout. During the encounter, Indian troops fired several rounds.

Officials have indicated that additional forces have been deployed to the forested region. This move follows reports suggesting the presence of militants in the area, prompting further action by the Indian military.
