inDrive.Delivery Unveils Business Mode for Small Enterprises in Pakistan

Islamabad: inDrive.Delivery has introduced Business Mode in Pakistan, targeting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with enhanced tools for package coverage and delivery options. This move follows a reported 36% rise in business-to-business activity over the past six months.

Business Mode offers features such as in-app package coverage, priority customer support, and advanced delivery options, aiming to meet the evolving needs of local businesses. The launch comes as Pakistani SMEs increasingly adopt digital tools to improve delivery operations, seeking faster delivery times and real-time monitoring capabilities.

The service includes package coverage of up to PKR 10,000 for loss or theft in collaboration with Simpaisa, a local financial services provider. The priority support feature has reportedly doubled customer satisfaction levels. Businesses using the service are involved in industries like fashion, electronics, and auto parts, completing numerous deliveries each month.

Pilot results indicate that Business Mode users are placing more orders and utilizing advanced features like multi-drop routes more frequently. These trends highlight the growing importance of tools that offer control and speed for entrepreneurs in a digital-first economy.

Muhammad Awais Seed, Country Lead at inDrive, stated that the service was designed with the practical and ambitious nature of Pakistani entrepreneurs in mind. The company aims to support the country’s small business community as it scales, positioning itself as a long-term growth partner.
