InDrive Fuels Drivers’ Futures With Free Digital Skills Training

Islamabad: inDrive, the international mobility and services platform, is giving its drivers a boost with free digital skills courses through a new partnership with LearnOnline.pk. The program aims to empower drivers with new skills to improve their earnings and broaden their career horizons, reflecting inDrive’s commitment to community development and financial independence.

The courses offer instruction in areas designed to enhance drivers’ livelihoods and explore alternative income streams. Graduates receive certificates to bolster their resumes, demonstrating newly acquired skills and increasing their employability.

Awais Saeed, inDrive Pakistan’s Country Head, emphasized the company’s vision extends beyond ride-hailing and courier services. “Through these development programs, we want to equip drivers to construct lasting careers in the digital economy,” he explained.

Usman Zeb, LearnOnline.pk’s Co-Founder and CEO, highlighted their belief in educational accessibility. “We’ve constructed Pakistan’s largest free digital learning platform to make education available to all,” he stated. The collaboration with inDrive expands this reach, offering drivers practical digital skills for life improvement. Zeb emphasized their focus on individual betterment and contributing to Pakistan’s digital advancement.

The program provides three specific courses: an introduction to freelancing for supplementary online income, a digital basics course to enhance daily operations using tools for communication, safety, and efficiency, and an AI module introducing practical tools for productivity and creative enhancement.

While maintaining affordable and convenient transportation solutions for riders and income opportunities for drivers, the company prioritizes community empowerment.
