Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has strongly criticized PTI for leveling unfounded allegations regarding kidnapping of Senator Zarqa Taimur.
In a statement on the social media platform X, he said PTI claimed that Senator Zarqa had been kidnapped, tortured and bribed and that her son was also abducted and subjected to violence.
Attaullah Tarar posed a question, if Senator Zarqa had truly been abducted, then why her kidnappers did not bring her to the Senate.
The Minister said a lie has no legs to stand upon.
