Interior Minister Assures Full Support to “Tablighi Jamaat” for Their Congregation

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has assured the government’s full support to “Tablighi Jamaat” for their annual congregation. Talking to a delegation of Tablighi Jamaat in Islamabad today, he said complete facilitation will be provided to foreign delegations regarding issuance of visas, and, like last year, special counters would be established at airports.

According to Radio Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi emphasized that it is both a duty and a noble act to provide facilities and convenience for the preaching of Islam. The delegation also briefed the minister on the preparations for the upcoming annual Tablighi Ijtema to be held next month.

The meeting concluded with a special prayer for the flood victims and the country’s prosperity and security.
