Interior Minister Conducts Unannounced Inspection at Islamabad Airport

Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a surprise visit to Islamabad Airport and reviewed the immigration process for intending Hajj pilgrims and other passengers. The Interior Minister inspected the counters set up at the airport for Pakistani passengers under Road to Makkah for Saudi immigration.

According to Radio Pakistan, the intending pilgrims expressed satisfaction over the excellent arrangements for Saudi immigration at Islamabad Airport. The Interior Minister also reviewed the Joint Search Check Post and instructed to make the search system more efficient and faster. He said the security system is being upgraded with the use of modern technology.

He emphasized that providing passengers with timely services is a top priority.
