Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi Congratulates Maulana Fazal ur Rehman on Re-Election as JUI-F Chief

Islamabad: Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi met with Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazal ur Rehman to congratulate him on his unopposed re-election as the party’s leader. During the visit, Naqvi also extended his congratulations to Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri for his re-election as the party’s Secretary General.

According to Press Information Department, Mohsin Naqvi praised Maulana Fazal ur Rehman for his commitment to parliamentary supremacy and democratic values. He described Rehman as a prudent and visionary politician who has provided significant leadership both to his party and to Pakistan. Naqvi also acknowledged JUI-F’s long-standing principle-based politics under Maulana Fazal ur Rehman’s leadership and highlighted the senior politician’s important role in the country’s political landscape.
