Naqvi commended the officers for their resilience and commitment to maintaining law and order despite facing resistance from protestors. According to Press Information Department, Naqvi lauded the injured officers, stating, “You have set a great example of dedication to duty and upholding the law. You are brave officials of Islamabad Police, and we are proud of you.” He emphasized the police’s crucial role in preserving peace in the city and directed the hospital administration to ensure the best possible medical care for the injured personnel. Inspector General of Islamabad Police, Ali Nasir Rizvi, accompanied the Interior Minister during the visit.
