Interior Minister Refutes Claims of Attending Anti-China Event in US

Houston: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has countered allegations of attending an anti-China event in the United States, asserting that such claims are unfounded and part of a campaign of misinformation.

According to a statement by Press Information Department, Naqvi clarified that his participation was in a youth event that has been misrepresented. He emphasized his commitment to fostering cooperation with American politicians to combat terrorism, which he described as a shared global challenge, not solely Pakistan’s concern.

Naqvi also addressed concerns about the influence of misinformation on US lawmakers, urging them to avoid actions detrimental to Pakistan’s interests. He described his meetings with members of Congress as constructive and assured that Pakistan will respond firmly to any threats.
