International Day of Cooperatives Observed with Focus on Peaceful World

Islamabad: International Day of Cooperatives was observed on Saturday. The theme of the day, “Cooperatives for a Peaceful World,” affirmed the contribution of cooperative enterprises to social justice, inclusion, and solidarity.

According to Radio Pakistan, this year’s theme also reflected the capacity of the cooperative model to serve as a bridge between people and communities.
