Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics to Showcase Global Textile Innovations

KARACHI: The Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Autumn Edition is scheduled to be held from September 2 to 4, 2025, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. This event is recognized as a significant gathering in the global apparel and fabric industry, providing a platform for professionals to introduce new products and explore sustainable materials.

Pakistan will have a prominent presence at the trade fair, with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) representing the nation’s textile industry. Pakistan’s participation underscores its commitment to showcasing its diverse range of garments and fabrics, including knitted and man-made textiles.

In the previous Autumn 2024 edition, the event attracted approximately 4,000 exhibitors from 26 countries and regions, with over 100,000 visitors from 115 countries and regions. The fair is a key venue for manufacturers to engage in international sourcing and establish connections with industry peers.

The registration fees for participation are set at PKR 935,000 for textile products and PKR 760,000 for accessories. Additionally, the cost for a standard 9-square-meter stand is PKR 1,509,953. The deadline for applications through TDAP is June 15, 2025, providing ample time for interested parties to prepare for the event.
