Srinagar, October 20, 2019 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court, hearing a petition challenging detention of the High Court Bar Association President, Mian Abdul Qayoom, has fixed October 31 as next date for hearing of the case. Mian Abdul Qayoom Qayoom was arrested by Indian police after the Modi-led BJP government scrapped special status of occupied Kashmir on August 5 and was detained under draconian Public Safety Act (PSA) and shifted to Agra jail in India.
