Ishaq Dar Engages in Bilateral Talks with Bangladesh and Maldives on OIC Sidelines

Jeddah: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar met with Advisor on Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh Md. Touhid Hossain on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting in Jeddah. Both dignitaries expressed satisfaction over the robustness of Pakistan-Bangladesh relations and discussed bilateral relations in various fields, including high-level exchanges, trade, and educational collaboration. They also addressed a range of regional and global issues.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar also held a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Maldives, Dr. Abdulla Khaleel, during the 22nd OIC Extraordinary Council of Foreign Ministers in Jeddah. The two leaders expressed satisfaction with the friendly and cooperative relations between Pakistan and the Maldives and underscored their shared commitment to further strengthening bilateral ties.
