Islamabad, March 17, 2014 (PPI-OT): Congratulating to the winner Awardees of 4th Quality Standard Award for their superiors, Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs praises business community for maintaining high quality standards in Pakistan to boost the economy.
It is good news that because of the gigantic initiative like Quality Standard Award, Pakistani Products and services has now an equal opportunity and chance to stand out with a distinctive identity to maintain Quality Standards both in national and international market.
In the given scenario it is acknowledged that the economic activities have been badly affected due to global economic crises but I extend my felicitation to those industrialists and manufactures who are busy in production of quality products to satisfy their consumers.” this was stated by Mr. Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Federal Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs in his message in 4th Quality Standard Award 2013 and the Seminar on Theme of 44th World Standards Day “International Standards Ensure Positive Change” jointly organized by The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP) and Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) Ministry of Science and Technology Government of Pakistan on occasion of distribution ceremony of 4th Quality Standard Award 2013 held in Karachi.
Federal Minister for Finance’s message was read in the Seminar on occasion of distribution ceremony of 4th Quality Standard Award. Ishaq Dar admires the efforts of The Consumers Eye Pakistan (TCEP), Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority and other organizers of Quality Standard Award.
Ishaq Dar further stated that, “I am very much hopeful that the “The Consumers Eye Pakistan” with the collaborative efforts of the public and private sectors will continue to maintain its efficiency and dedication so that business community of Pakistan will become more aware about the importance of Quality Standards Award and I see that the time is not far when our Products and Services will be amongst the leading Products and Brands of the world”.

I believe that the “Quality Standard Award “is a positive initiative that has been introduced in Pakistan.
