Islamabad expresses solidarity with Ankara after terror attack

Pakistan has strongly condemned today’s cowardly attack on the facilities of TUSAS (Trk Havacilik ve Uzay Sanayii AS) in Ankara, Trkiye, resulting in multiple casualties.

In a statement issued today, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said the government of Pakistan reaffirms its unwavering support for Trkiye’s efforts to combat the scourge of terrorism, and stands in solidarity with the brotherly people of Trkiye.

She expressed her heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims, and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

The Spokesperson expressed the confidence that the brave Turkish nation, with its characteristic grit and determination, will defeat the menace of terrorism.
