IT Minister Vows to Foster Business-Friendly Environment for IT Companies in Pakistan

Islamabad: A Chinese technology delegation has expressed interest in exploring long-term partnerships and investment opportunities in Pakistan’s information technology sector. The interest was expressed by a two-member delegation from the Leviathan Group during a meeting with Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Shaza Fatima Khawaja in Islamabad today.

According to Radio Pakistan, Shaza Fatima Khawaja welcomed the delegation and highlighted the government’s commitment to promoting foreign investment, strengthening digital infrastructure, and fostering a business-friendly environment for international technology companies. The minister emphasized the importance of international collaboration in driving growth within Pakistan’s IT sector.

The Chinese delegation appreciated the government’s policy outlook and reaffirmed its interest in continued engagement with Pakistani stakeholders to explore collaborative projects. The Leviathan Group expressed optimism about the potential for mutual benefits through long-term partnerships and investments in Pakistan’s growing digital landscape.
