Italian and Pakistan Navies Engage in Bilateral Exercise in North Arabian Sea

Islamabad: The Italian Navy Ship ITS ANTONIO MARCEGLIA has engaged in a bilateral exercise with the Pakistan Navy, involving both ships and aircraft in the North Arabian Sea. The exercise aimed to enhance operational efficiency and foster deeper cooperation between the two navies.

According to Radio Pakistan, the primary objective of this joint exercise was to promote defense cooperation and contribute to regional peace and stability. The collaboration reflects both countries’ commitment to strengthening their naval ties and ensuring security in the region.

This recent exercise follows the visit of the Italian Navy’s Carrier Strike Group to Pakistan in October of the previous year. The frequent visits of Italian Navy ships to Pakistan highlight the growing naval cooperation between the two nations.
