Jam Reaffirms Govt’s Resolve to Create More Investors-Friendly Environment

Islamabad: Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan has reaffirmed the government’s resolve to create a more enabling environment for investors. He made this statement while talking to Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, Salem Mohammed Salem Al Bawab Al Zaabi, who called on him in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to deepening bilateral economic ties and expediting progress on the Pakistan-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement. The Minister for Commerce emphasized that the government remains focused on medium-term growth, export expansion, and regional connectivity, particularly through partnerships with Gulf countries.

In his remarks, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates praised Pakistan’s market size and conveyed the UAE’s strong interest in expanding cooperation in trade, logistics, ports, infrastructure, manufacturing, and investment facilitation.
