JKDFP Condemns Escalating HR Violations by Indian Forces in IIOJK

Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has strongly condemned escalating human rights violations and illegal detentions of innocent Kashmiris by Indian forces in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). In a statement released in Srinagar, the party expressed grave concern over the situation in the region.

According to Radio Pakistan, DFP spokesperson Advocate Arshad Iqbal reported that nearly fifteen hundred civilians have been detained during raids across the held valley. The party emphasized the need for international human rights organizations to take serious notice of the deteriorating political and human rights situation in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The JKDFP urged these organizations to take concrete steps to end the ongoing witch-hunt against Kashmiris. Additionally, the spokesperson called for holding the Indian government accountable for the crimes being committed by its forces in the occupied territory.
