JKSDMI Presents Memorandum to British PM Under Name Kashmir Petition

Jammu: Jammu Kashmir Self Determination Movement International (JKSDMI) has presented a memorandum to British Prime Minister Keir Starmer under the name Kashmir Petition. The Chairman of the All-Party Parliamentary Kashmir Group and other office bearers expressed solidarity with the Kashmiri people by presenting the memorandum at Downing Street in London.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Kashmir Petition appealed to the British government to make the Kashmir dispute a priority like the protection of human rights. The petition highlighted the Indian atrocities in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and demanded an international investigation into human rights violations there. It emphasized that the Kashmir dispute should be raised at the UN Security Council and other international platforms.

The JKSDMI officials, with the support of Friends of Kashmir in the British Parliament, reaffirmed their commitment to continue efforts to prevent human rights violations and advocate for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination.
