Islamabad: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman in Islamabad on Tuesday. They discussed matters of mutual interest and the overall situation of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Interior Minister expressed gratitude to the JUI-F chief for his role in securing the passage of the 26th constitutional amendment. He emphasized that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has consistently prioritized the interests of Pakistan in his political endeavors.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman reiterated that Pakistan and its people remain the foremost priority in his political agenda. The meeting highlighted the shared commitment to addressing national issues and fostering political cooperation.
