Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan Appointed to Supreme Court Judges’ Committee

Islamabad: In a recent decision, Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa has appointed Justice Amin-ud-Din Khan as the third member of the Supreme Court judges’ committee.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the notification was issued by the Registrar of the Supreme Court last Friday. The announcement details the appointment under Section 2 (1) of the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023, which was recently amended by Ordinance No VIII of 2024.

This appointment marks a significant update in the judiciary’s structure, aiming to enhance the committee’s capacity in overseeing judicial procedures.
