Lahore: Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah was sworn in as Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan at a ceremony held in Lahore on Saturday. Justice Ayesha A Malik administered the oath to him.
According to Radio Pakistan, the ceremony was attended by Supreme Court judges, including Justice Shahid Waheed, Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Shahid Bilal, and Justice Ali Baqir Najfi. Advocate General Punjab Amjad Parvez and senior lawyers were also present at the event.
