Karachi Heightens Security for Dr. Zakir Naik’s Visit to Governor House

Karachi: Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tesori, chaired a high-level meeting at Governor House on October 2 to review and finalize security measures for the upcoming visit of well-known religious scholar Dr. Zakir Naik. The meeting saw participation from senior law enforcement officials, including Additional IG Karachi Javed Alam Odhu and several DIGs.

According to Sindh Governor House, the officials briefed Governor Tesori on the comprehensive security arrangements in place for Dr. Naik’s arrival and the subsequent religious gathering at Governor House. The Governor emphasized the need for effective and coordinated security measures, instructing the authorities to ensure a meticulous plan that includes maintaining traffic flow and managing any potential disturbances.

The law enforcement officers assured the Governor of foolproof security preparations, highlighting their commitment to safeguarding all attendees and preventing any untoward incidents during the high-profile event.
