Karachi: KIBOR Rates Announced by State Bank of Pakistan

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) for tenors ranging from one week to one year. The rates indicate a slight fluctuation across the different tenors, with the one-week bid rate at 11.95 and the offer rate at 12.45.

According to a statement by State Bank of Pakistan, the two-week tenor recorded a bid rate of 11.91 and an offer rate of 12.41. For the one-month period, the bid rate stands at 11.83, with the offer rate at 12.33.

The three-month tenor shows a bid rate of 11.65 and an offer rate of 11.90. Meanwhile, the six-month figures are 11.59 for the bid rate and 11.84 for the offer rate.

For the nine-month period, the bid rate is 11.51, and the offer rate is 12.01. The one-year tenor has a bid rate of 11.48 and an offer rate of 11.98.

These rates provide insights into the cost of borrowing and lending in the interbank market and are crucial for various financial transactions.
