The Deputy Commissioner of Islamabad updated the committee on the status of land records reconciliation between Rawalpindi and Islamabad, highlighting ongoing discrepancies that the committee urged to resolve within a week.

Moreover, the Capital Development Authority discussed issues related to unauthorized housing developments in Zone-III of Islamabad, receiving directions to halt operations pending further decisions. The Federal Investigation Agency provided updates on investigations into human smuggling and alleged fake degrees within the Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council, emphasizing the urgency of these matters.

The meeting was attended by a broad array of members and senior officials from various government bodies, underscoring the session’s importance in shaping policy and addressing pressing national issues.
