Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary chairs meeting of search committee for deserving widows and special persons Welfare

Peshawar, January 10, 2014 (PPI-OT): The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Muhammad Shehzad Arbab chaired a meeting of the Search Committee of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board for Deserving Widows and Special Persons Welfare Foundation at the committee room of civil secretariat, Peshawar on Thursday.

The meeting was attended by members of the search committee including additional secretary social welfare, secretary finance, chairman Lissail-wal-Mehroom and senior journalist Rahimullah Yousafzai.

The meeting discussed the terms and conditions for the appointment of the chairperson for the foundation with a view to provide a forum to the widows and special persons in connection with their problems and grievances. During the meeting different names were proposed and it was decided that the most suitable person would be recommended to the provincial government for appointment as chairperson of the foundation.

The meeting also discussed certain other matters regarding the establishment of the foundation and took decisions for the larger interest of the widows and special persons.
