KIBOR Rates Remain Steady with Minor Fluctuations Across Tenors

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rates (KIBOR) for December 1, 2025, showing minimal changes across various tenors. The data, sourced from Refinitiv, provides insights into the lending rates between banks.

The one-week tenor recorded a bid rate of 10.84 and an offer rate of 11.34. Similarly, the two-week tenor showed a bid of 10.83 and an offer of 11.33.

For the one-month tenor, both the bid and offer rates matched the one-week tenor at 10.84 and 11.34, respectively. The three-month tenor displayed a slight increase, with a bid of 10.87 and an offer rate of 11.12.

The six-month tenor rates were listed at a bid of 10.91 and an offer of 11.16. Meanwhile, the nine-month and one-year tenors remained consistent, each showing a bid rate of 10.91 and an offer rate of 11.41.

The KIBOR rates, crucial for financial institutions and investors, reflect the stable economic conditions and the central bank’s monetary policy strategies.
