KIBOR Rates Show Marginal Fluctuations Across Tenors

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rates (KIBOR) for October 3, 2025. The rates indicate slight variations across different tenors, reflecting the ongoing market conditions.

According to the data, the one-week and two-week tenors both display a bid rate of 10.91 and an offer rate of 11.41. The one-month tenor shows a bid rate of 10.89 and an offer rate of 11.39.

For longer tenors, the three-month and six-month rates are aligned, with a bid rate of 10.91 and an offer rate of 11.16. The nine-month tenor records a bid of 10.88 and an offer of 11.38.

The one-year tenor concludes the data set with a bid rate of 10.87 and an offer rate of 11.37. These rates serve as a benchmark for lending and borrowing in the interbank market.

The KIBOR rates are crucial for financial institutions and businesses as they impact the cost of borrowing and influence financial planning. The State Bank of Pakistan continues to monitor these rates in line with monetary policy objectives.
