KIBOR Rates Unchanged Across Most Tenors

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan released the latest Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) data, indicating stability across the majority of tenors. The data highlights consistent rates with minor fluctuations in the longer-term offerings.

The one-week and two-week tenors both maintained a bid rate of 10.84 and an offer rate of 11.34. The one-month tenor reported a slightly higher bid rate of 10.87 and an offer rate of 11.37.

For the three-month tenor, the bid and offer rates stood at 10.90 and 11.15, respectively. The six-month tenor showed a bid rate of 10.93 and an offer rate of 11.18.

Notable changes were observed in the nine-month tenor, where the bid rate was recorded at 10.88, while the offer rate increased to 11.38. The one-year tenor displayed a bid rate of 10.89 and an offer rate of 11.39.

These figures reflect the current interbank lending climate as of October 22, 2025. The KIBOR rates are a crucial benchmark for financial institutions and businesses in determining loan and credit pricing.
