Kohat Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, April 23, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013, at 11:00 A.M. at Islamabad to consider and approve the 3rd Quarterly Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter ended on 31 March, 2013.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from April 23, 2013 to April 29, 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
