The Twelfth Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for October 2, 2024, will see eight nominees vying for directorial positions, each aiming for a three-year term.

General (Retd) Sajjad Ghani, Mr. Aqeel Ahmed Nasir, Mr. Saad Iqbal, Mr. Naveed Asghar Chaudhry, Mr. Jamil Akhtar, Mr. Hafiz Mohammad Yousaf (Independent Director), Ms. Mahwish Humayun Khan (Female Independent Director), and Mr. Khawaja Khalil Shah (Independent Director) as the candidates.
