KP Assembly Passes Resolution to Make Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) Biography Part of Curriculum.

PESHAWAR: The Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Assembly has unanimously approved a resolution regarding the inclusion of the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) biography as a compulsory subject from primary education to higher education in the curriculum. The decision marks a significant step towards integrating religious teachings into the educational framework of the province.

According to Radio Pakistan, the resolution was presented by MPA Abdul Islam. The move aims to ensure that students at all levels of education gain comprehensive knowledge of the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The resolution’s approval reflects a consensus among the assembly members on the importance of religious education in shaping the moral and ethical values of students.

The implementation of this resolution will involve curriculum changes across educational institutions in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The assembly’s decision is part of a broader effort to incorporate religious studies into educational practices, fostering a deeper understanding of
