KP Governor, Italian Ambassador Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Islamabad: Ambassador of Italy Marilina Armellin called on Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi in Islamabad. They discussed the promotion of bilateral relations in tourism, education, and other sectors.

According to Radio Pakistan, during the meeting, the Italian envoy expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and property caused by recent floods across the country, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Italian envoy also expressed Italy’s interest in receiving skilled manpower from Pakistan.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor said that through NAVTTC and TEVTA, skilled manpower is being produced across the country to provide quality human resources to the world. He emphasized that investing in youth and providing them opportunities for growth remains a top priority of the government.
