KP Governor Visits NDMA Headquarters in Islamabad

Islamabad: Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi has stressed the need for timely and pre-emptive measures to minimize both human and material losses during floods. During a visit to the NDMA headquarters in Islamabad on Friday, he commended NDMA’s preparedness and advance planning to combat all types of emergencies in the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, the governor highlighted the importance of effective disaster management strategies and the role of NDMA in ensuring the safety and well-being of the population. He emphasized that proactive steps are essential to handle potential flooding situations effectively.
