KWSSIP and NRSP Unveil Grievance Redressal Mechanism in Karachi

Karachi: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Services Improvement Project, in collaboration with the National Rural Support Programme, has officially launched a Grievance Redressal Mechanism in Karachi’s informal settlements. This initiative aims to empower residents of underserved areas by providing them with a formal platform to share their concerns, suggestions, and feedback regarding KWSSIP project activities.

According to Radio Pakistan, complaint boxes have been installed at key locations in each community, allowing easy and anonymous access for community members to express their project-related grievances. This mechanism is expected to not only boost community participation but also enhance transparency and visibility in the project’s operations.
