Karachi: Landmark Spinning Industries Limited has officially merged with Liven Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Limited, resulting in a significant rebranding and change in business focus, now operating under the new name Liven Pharma Limited. This strategic move, finalized by an order from the High Court of Sindh at Karachi on September 02, 2024, marks the culmination of a process that began with the Scheme of Arrangement announced on April 25, 2022.

The merger, orchestrated under various sections of the Companies Act 2017, was initially disclosed by the company in a statement on July 03, 2024. According to the detailed scheme, all assets, rights, liabilities, and obligations of Liven Pharmaceuticals have been transferred to and vested in the newly named Liven Pharma Limited, signaling a complete integration of operations and corporate identity.
