Loralai: Haji Muhammad Khan Toor Utmankhil, Member of the Provincial Assembly and former Provincial Minister, has expressed his profound grief over the passing of Sardar Sarfraz Chakar Khan Domki, the Provincial Minister of Local Government and chief of the Domki tribe.
