LSE Capital Limited Announces Upcoming Board Meeting and Close Period

Karachi: LSE Capital Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors for October 29, 2024. The meeting, to be hosted via video conferencing from Lahore, will primarily focus on reviewing the company’s annual accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.

During the session, board members are expected to declare any entitlements stemming from the company’s financial outcomes. In conjunction with this meeting, LSE Capital has initiated a “Close Period” starting October 22, 2024, which will extend until the meeting day on October 29, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to directly or indirectly engage in trading the company’s shares during this period.

Stakeholders, including TRE Certificate Holders, have been advised to align their trading activities with the close period restrictions.
