According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this key meeting will also introduce a closed trading period from October 23 to October 30, 2024. During this period, no director, CEO, or any executive of LSE Ventures Limited will be allowed to buy or sell company shares, aligning with regulatory measures to prevent insider trading during significant financial disclosures.

The notice sent to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, signed by Inam Ullah, Company Secretary of LSE Ventures Limited, also includes instructions for informing TRE Certificate Holders about these dates and restrictions, underscoring the company’s adherence to compliance and transparency with stock exchange regulations.
