Macter International Limited Announces Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Accounts

Karachi: Macter International Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for October 26, 2024, in Karachi to discuss the quarterly financial outcomes for the period ending September 30, 2024, and to make decisions regarding any entitlements. This announcement was made in a notification posted to the General Manager at the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

The board will review the financial statements of the past quarter and deliberate on any corresponding shareholder benefits. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Macter International Limited has also declared a closed period from October 18, 2024, to October 26, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, or any executive of the company are prohibited from trading shares of the company, in compliance with the PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d).

The company has advised TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange to be duly informed about these developments.
