Mainly Dry Weather to Prevail Across the Country

Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, cold conditions are likely in hilly areas during morning and night hours.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded this morning in major cities included Islamabad at eleven degrees centigrade, Lahore at seventeen, Karachi at twenty-two, Peshawar at fifteen, Quetta and Murree at five, Gilgit at four, and Muzaffarabad at ten degrees centigrade.

In the region of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts cold and dry conditions in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Jammu is expected to remain dry and Leh will experience very cold and dry weather. The temperatures recorded were Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula at one degree centigrade, Srinagar at two, Jammu at eleven, Leh at minus-seven, and Anantnag at zero degree centigrade.
