Majority of Citizens Expect Peace, Prosperity in Pakistan: Survey

Pakistan: Pakistan enters New Year hopeful and optimistic as over 50 percent of the people expect peace and prosperity in their country.

According to Radio Pakistan, this was revealed in findings of a Gallup survey conducted across different countries shared by Advisor to Finance Minister Khuram Shehzad on X.

The survey says 53 percent of Pakistanis have expressed hope for improvement in the economy compared to only 39 percent of Indians for their country.

Fifty-two percent of Pakistanis are hopeful for peace compared to only 26 percent of people in India.
