Marriyum Hails Successful Eid Cleanliness Drive in Punjab

Lahore: Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that exemplary cleanliness arrangements were made during Eid-ul-Azha under the Suthra Punjab Authority. Talking to newsmen in Lahore today, she announced a prize of 10,000 rupees each for all sanitation workers of the Suthra Punjab Authority in recognition of their dedicated services.

According to Radio Pakistan, more than 376,000 tonnes of animal waste and offal were disposed of across the province during the operation.
